product delivery & review
Project Delivery
Fast delivery methods include email, Box, Dropbox and an FTP method. All are available and each project will be accompanied with quotations or order forms with all details including the deadline and, lastly, the invoice will follow. New customers will need to pay 50% up front, 50% on completion, whereas if you have used our services before, you can pay 30 days after project completion.
Catch-ups and Review
We propose a quarterly catch-up or annual review, virtually or in-person, where we would discuss the expected number or projects, availability and feedback.
We always further discuss plans to improve service delivery and go through any major company updates as they materialise. We like to keep clients up-to-date with our progress to ensure that we understand your company’s outlook and vision and you understand ours.
Communication
Phone and video calls via Zoom or Teams are the best methods of communication. All communication will most likely be through either your Account Manager or our Managing Director, with all responses within 24–48 hours depending on your timezone.
